First Steps: Checking In
The main cabin door code and the bunk cabin door code will be texted to you
For each, enter your code, then hit ‘unlock’ icon.
NOTES:
There is a black magnetic screen on the door. This is to make sure you can keep the bugs out of the house while enjoying the patio and patio lights. Please make sure to be gentle while going in and out.
Trash is picked up on Wednesdays. Please put trash bin next to the road in the driveway.

House Rules & Procedures
Please take a look at ALL of the following to ensure a successful and safe stay!
Heating/AC
Main Cabin:
The main cabin is heated/cooled by two mini splits. There is a single remote which works for both units.
When you turn on heat it takes 3-5 minutes to heat up and start pumping out warm air. (Sun icon for heat/Snowflake icon for AC)
Bunk Cabin:
The bunk cabin is heated by several space heaters. Two window units are used for cooling
Kitchen/Cooking
Cookware:
There are dishes and cookware to use during your stay.
Grill:
You are welcome to use our gas-powered grill. Turn on the gas by turning on the gas valve under the deck under the gas grill.
Replace cover on gas grill and prep station after you are done using.
Feel free to use any condiments in the refrigerator.
Coffee:
We provide both coffee pots and a Keurig.
If you like a full pot of coffee, the machine in the bunk house works. The single cup portion of this machine does not work! Only the pot.
For a single cup, use Keurig in the main house. We provide K-Cups for Keurig.
Wi-Fi & Entertainment
Wi-Fi:

Smart TV:
The smart TV has streaming services, and you can mirror from your phone if you have your own services.
Water
The cabin’s water is heated by a tankless water heater located in the bunk cabin. It may take a few minutes for hot water to reach the main cabin.
Outdoor Area
Furniture:
There are cushions for outdoor furniture in the deck box on the patio.
Fire Pit:
You may use the fire pit, but you are responsible for checking the local county website for burn bans.
Please use responsibly and remain safe.
There is a water hose on the end of the bunk house closest to the fire pit in case you need it to put out fire before leaving it.
DO NOT LEAVE FIRE UNATTENDED.
Beds
Main House:
The main house has 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Extra sheets/blankets are in the chest in the living room.
Bunk House:
The bunk house has 1 queen bed.
Additionally:
- There are 2 additional queen size air mattresses in loft areas.
- Sheets and comforters are on each mattress if needed.
- There are additional sheets in the chest
- There is a pack and play for babies in the closet
